Sometimes people are afraid to look up. They are afraid if they acknowledge where from people might be looking down on them, they will be watched that much more closely. What are we so afraid of then? Why are we afraid of people watching us? They do it all the time.
Maybe thats the problem with people watching. Because inside everyone's mind we all know and sense the awful feeling of being watched.
